What it does

Creates a new project file with local path, FTP settings, and remote path so the program can work.

When to use

First time setup or whenever you want to add a new server/project.

Steps

1 Enter Project Name and select Local Project Folder.
2 Fill FTP Host, Port, Username, Password, Protocol.
3 Enter Remote Path (example: /var/www/html/project/).
4 Click Check Data until it shows OK.
5 Click Check Connection until it shows OK.
6 Click Save Project File.

Common errors

- Session is not opened: connection failed or missing data.
- No such file or directory: remote path format is wrong.
- Timeout: server IP or port is incorrect.

This explains the project file blocks and what each parameter means. Use this section before editing the project file manually.

1 Project name and saved date.
2 Local project path.
3 FTP host, port, username, password, protocol.
4 Remote path and auto-create setting.
5 Optional fingerprint / key.
6 Permissions block (per file/folder rules).
7 Skip block (paths skipped from upload).
8 Backup history records.
